From first questions to employee access

Know what happens next.

01

Start with a conversation.

Tell us about your workforce, current benefits and goals. Nexwell Advantage helps identify the questions to explore with the program specialists.

02

Review your own numbers.

Using the employee census and payroll information requested by the program team, review projected savings, program costs and eligibility. Invite your CPA, broker or payroll provider to take part.

03

Put the plan in place.

If you decide to proceed, the program team prepares the plan documents and payroll instructions. Your company reviews its responsibilities and coordinates setup with its existing payroll provider.

04

Help your team get started.

Employees receive enrollment guidance and information about accessing care. Nexwell Advantage stays available to coordinate questions and follow-up as the program gets underway.
SIMERP® describes a typical rollout of 30–60 days after signed paperwork, with less than five hours of HR involvement. Your timeline depends on the review, required information and payroll setup.

Connect the savings to the care

One opportunity.
Two reasons to look closer.

The program brings payroll tax planning and additional medical care together through an employer-sponsored Self-Insured Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan.

SIMERP® describes a structure using eligible pre-tax elections and documented medical care. The program specialists explain how the proposed arrangement would work for your payroll and employees. Review that explanation with your advisors before adopting a plan.

For your business

Understand what you could keep.

Your analysis should show the projected employer savings after program costs, with the assumptions clearly explained. The published figure of up to $640 per enrolled employee per year is a starting point—not a guaranteed result.

For your people

Add more ways to get care.

Participating employees can access additional wellness services alongside their existing health insurance. Review covered services, enrollment and the effect on take-home pay together.

Keep the people in the picture

More support for
the workday—and beyond.

The benefits side matters just as much as the savings conversation. Give employees clear information about the services they can use and how to access them.

Virtual primary care · 24/7 virtual urgent care · Mental wellness support · Covered generic medications · Supervised weight wellness

Services, eligibility, availability and medication coverage depend on program terms. These benefits complement existing health insurance.
