Nexwell Advantage
How we handle website inquiries, scheduling and visitor information.
Effective date: October 27, 2026
Nexwell Advantage helps employers explore potential payroll tax savings and employee wellness benefits. This policy explains how we handle personal information connected with this website, business inquiries and appointment scheduling.
This website is for employer information and discovery conversations. It is not a patient portal. Healthcare providers and program administrators have their own privacy notices for enrollment and medical services.
When you contact us or schedule a call, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, business email address, telephone number, company name, appointment details and questions. You may also choose to share general information about your workforce and existing benefits.
Our hosting, scheduling and analytics services may process technical information such as your device and browser, pages visited, referral source, approximate location, timestamps and online identifiers. Hosting and service-provider logs may also include IP addresses.
We use information to respond to questions, arrange and manage appointments, explain relevant services, coordinate a review of your organization’s needs and follow up on your inquiry. We also use website activity information to understand what visitors find useful, improve the site and evaluate our marketing. Technical records help us operate and protect the website and address misuse.
Information may be available to Nexwell Advantage team members and service providers supporting website hosting, scheduling, communications and analytics. Our website is hosted by WP Engine, and we use Calendly for scheduling.
We share business inquiry details with the SIMERP® program team to help review the opportunity, answer program questions and coordinate eligibility, proposals or implementation. This may include your business contact information and the company information relevant to your request.
We may also disclose information when needed to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal requests or protect legal rights and security. Third-party providers’ handling of information is also subject to their own privacy notices.
Our appointment links and embedded calendar use Calendly. Information you enter in the calendar is processed by Calendly and made available to Nexwell Advantage for your appointment. The embedded service may use cookies and collect technical information when it loads or you interact with it.
Read Calendly’s Privacy Notice for more information about its practices. You can also contact us directly by phone or email if you prefer not to use the embedded calendar.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits and interactions, and Google Tag Manager to manage website tags. Analytics tags may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure activity, such as page views, referring sites, device information and engagement. Google Tag Manager manages the tags; the information collected depends on the tags deployed and their settings.
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some features, including scheduling, may not work as expected if you block required technologies. Google also offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
We retain inquiry and appointment information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, manage our business relationship, maintain business records and meet applicable legal obligations. The period depends on the type of information and why it is held. Third-party services may apply their own retention settings and requirements.
No website, email or transmission method is completely secure. Please do not send Social Security numbers, employee-level payroll records, medical records or other sensitive personal information through this website, the scheduling form or ordinary email. If more information is needed for a program review, ask the program team about the appropriate secure process.
You can contact us to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop optional marketing follow-up. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where required or permitted by law.
For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected] or call 919-812-1571. You may also contact Michael Leary at [email protected] or 917-443-7934. Please include enough information for us to identify your inquiry, without sending sensitive records.
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Our website is directed to employers and business representatives, not to children.
We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
